Some facts about our service:

• Although the service is free and high speed, it is not unlimited.  There is a finite amount of available bandwidth which is shared among all residents.  Therefore, consideration of others should be used when accessing the Internet.  The connection available is not intended for watching streaming high resolution movies or downloading multi-gigabyte files.  It is intended to allow more common Internet access such as web browsing, sending and receiving email, updating your operating system and/or programs, and downloading reasonably sized software and other files. 
• Tenants desiring to utilize the wireless Internet system on the property will be required to sign a document indicating they will agree to and abide by the Acceptable Use Policy of East Texas DSL, LLC.  The policy can be viewed online here, and also a paper copy will be given to all tenants interested in using the service.
• Each tenant will be allowed to connect three devices to the network.  Tenants will be required to provide to Curry Apartments management the MAC addresses of the devices which they desire to connect to the network.  It is up to the tenant to identify and provice the correct MAC address(es).  Technical support is not provided by Curry Apartments to satisfy this requirement.  To gain access to the network, please download the following form here, fill it out and sign it, and return to Curry Apartments through US Mail.  Once the request has been received, access is usually granted by the next business day.  To change which devices you would like to connect the the network, simply fill out the form again with the necessary changes and resubmit it.  
• This service is being provided as a convenience for our tenants.  There is no guaranty of availability of service nor of the quality of the service.  Wireless Internet technology is subject to interference by electromagnetic sources, power outages, and oversubscription by users.  It is our desire that the service be on and available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, however, temporary service interruptions are beyond our control and do not constitute an emergency.  Please call only during reasonable hours to report to us if the service is down.
